Refund and Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we provide clear and fair cancellation policies for each business—so you can book with peace of mind.
365 Charters Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a 100% refund, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, the 30% deposit per angler will be forfeited. In the event the trip was prepaid, we’ll refund the balance minus the deposit.
If your trip is cancelled by the captain due to unsafe or un-fishable conditions, everything possible will be done to reschedule your trip based on your availability and fishing conditions. If rescheduling isn’t possible due to conflicting schedules, you will receive a 100% refund, including the processing fee. Ultimately, the captain will make the final call regarding unsafe water conditions.
Northwest Fishing Charters Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, check-in via phone, text, or email within one day of your charter date.
Although cancellations are rare, we understand they happen. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, we will only refund your deposit if we can rebook the trip with other anglers.
Last-minute cancellations are subject to a $100 per person fee. If you do not show up for your charter, you will be charged the full charter rate. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file at the time of booking.
