Refund/Cancellation Policy for 365 Charters

In order to receive a 100% refund of your deposit, you must provide a 14-day notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled date. If you do not provide a 14-day notice of cancellation, you will forfeit the deposit fee of $50 per angler.  If you paid the trip in full, you will receive a refund minus the deposit for the trip. The $10 administrative processing fee per person is not refundable.

If a trip has to be cancelled by the captain due to dangerous or un-fishable waters, re-scheduling a trip is typically no problem. We want to get you and your group out on the water to fish. We will work with your schedule and ours, taking into account the quality of fishing and the water conditions.

If we are unable to re-schedule your group because our schedules don’t work, you will receive a 100% refund (including the administrative processing fee).  The captain makes the final decision on cancellations due to dangerous or un-fishable waters.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Northwest Fishing Charters

Check-in for charters is required via phone, text or email within 1 day of charter.
Cancellations although rare are sometimes inevitable. We will work with you to the best of our ability, rescheduling is the best policy. If you must cancel you are required to give us at least 7 days notice for a full refund.
If you notify us less than 7 days before the trip we will refund the deposit if we are able to rebook the trip with other people.
Last-minute cancellations are charged a $100.00 fee per person.
No shows are charged in full for the charter.
This is charged to credit card on file at time of reservation.
