About Puget Sound Fishing Charters
If you’re wondering who we are and what we are about, you’ve come to the right place. At Puget Sound Fishing Charters, we combine experience, professionalism, and a deep passion for fishing the waters of Washington State.
We’re a collaboration between 365 Charters and Northwest Fishing Charters, two trusted names in Pacific Northwest angling. By teaming up, we provide more trip options, increased availability, and access to some of the best fishing locations throughout Puget Sound.
Above all, we’re committed to giving every guest a safe, successful, and truly memorable experience on the water—every time they join us.
Meet the Captains
Let’s introduce the professionals who make every trip possible.
Captain Doug Saint-Denis owns and operates 365 Charters, launching from Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle. Meanwhile, Captain Rich Olson runs Northwest Fishing Charters, based out of Edmonds Marina, just north of the city of Seattle.
Both captains are not only USCG-licensed, but also highly trained and full-time professionals. Unlike part-time operators, they dedicate their careers to providing safe, exciting, and educational charter experiences.
Whether you’re completely new to fishing or a seasoned angler, they’ll customize your trip to match your skill level, interests, and goals. Most importantly, they focus on making every trip fun, smooth, and successful.
Our Captains are USCG licensed, well trained and friendly professionals.
About 365 Charters – Shilshole Bay Marina
Part of Ridge to River Outdoors, LLC, 365 Charters specializes in full-time guided fishing trips around the Seattle area.
Captain Doug operates a 30′ Grady White named Go Fish, a boat designed for both comfort and performance. It’s 11′ wide and remarkably stable. Powered by twin Yamaha 250 HP engines, along with a 9.9 HP trolling motor for stealthy positioning.

Inside, you’ll find a heated forward berth, enclosed head, and a large insulated fish box. In terms of electronics, Doug equips the boat with Humminbird Apex sonar, and Cannon Optimum downriggers—ensuring you’re fishing with top-tier gear.
You’ll use St. Croix Onchor rods and Okuma reels, both chosen for their ability to handle Northwest species. And after the trip, Doug will clean and fillet your catch, even bagging it in durable poly bags for easy transport—at no extra charge.
About Northwest Fishing Charters – Edmonds Marina
Owned and operated by Captain Rich Olson, Northwest Fishing Charters departs from Edmonds Marina, the second-closest charter port to downtown Seattle.
Rich captains the Doghouse, a 28′ Uniflite Salty Dog with an 11′ beam. The vessel features a spacious deck, a heated cabin, and a stand-up marine restroom for added comfort.

As a member of the Humminbird and Cannon Pro Staff, Rich integrates premium electronics into every charter. You’ll find Humminbird Apex, FishHawk, and Cannon downriggers on board, ensuring high performance on every outing.
Anglers use Shimano rods and reels, along with quality bait and tackle—all of which are provided for you, so you can focus on fishing, not gear.
